- In case you would like to return our product, Natty Feet will charge you a fee of rupees 150 per product as part of the re-stocking fee
- Return request will be considered valid if you have applied for the return within 7 days of receiving the product
- We will take care of the pick-up of the product for exchange and returns
- Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on our customer support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request
- It takes 3-5 working days for us to initiate a refund once the product reaches us in the good condition
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes (if any), labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc.
- We advise you to properly pack the products so that there is no further damage to the products during transit
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Natty Feet in order to determine the legitimacy of the return
- Products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded
- Makes sure that the product is unused, otherwise, no refund will be initiated
- As per our 3 months of replacement warranty, if you have received any damaged/defective/wrong product, you can get in touch with us at email@example.com
- On receiving your complaint, Natty Feet will verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Natty Feet is convinced, then only we will initiate the replacement process
In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below-mentioned conditions:
- Notify NattyFeet of receipt of a damaged/defective/wrong product within 3 days of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 3 days, Natty Feet shall not be held liable for the failure to exchange the order.
- Make sure products should be returned in their original packaging only along with the original price tags, barcodes (if any), labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc.
- We advise you to adequately pack the products so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Natty Feet in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
- After verification check, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 3-4 days from the day we have received it
- An order cannot be canceled once shipped, though you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order
